It looks like I’ve dropped a pound. I find it very hard to believe. I have not been very aware of my eating and eaten takeout/delivery far too many times in the past week. However, here is the picture to prove that it happened.
I’m committed to making better choices this week.
Oh, and I swam 24 laps today. π
Way to go Karen! That just shows that some good exercise helps. Keep it up!
